COWHL Overview

Welcome to the NHL of female ice hockey! The Central Ontario Women's Hockey League (COWHL) is host to the highest level of play of female hockey in Ontario. Many national team members compete in this league between National Team events. The winner of the COWHL (Senior AAA) Provincial Championship represents Ontario at the Canadian National Championship each season. Here is a little COWHL history.
