DEFINITIONS The terms "ToXgene", "this software" and "the work" refer to this package in its entirety, including the Java classes (in lib/toxgene.jar), the sample templates provided, and all documentation that is provided in the ToXgene website. The term "the user" refers to any individual or organization that decides to use this software. 2.
