Windows Remote Code Execution flaw being actively exploited, fix available
A serious vulnerability in all current versions of Microsoft Windows permits remote attackers to run programs of their choice on a Windows computer if they can persuade the user to display the icon of a specially crafted shortcut. This problem is being actively exploited. An off-cycle patch has been released by Microsoft and is available via Windows Update.
