Critical Vulnerability in Adobe Acrobat, Acrobat Reader
Adobe has announced a vulnerability in Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Reader 9.3.3 (and earlier versions) for Windows, Macintosh and UNIX (Reader only) and Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Acrobat Reader 8.2.3 (and earlier versions) for Windows and Macintosh. It allows a specially crafted PDF document to run arbitrary commands when viewed. The vulnerability has been fixed in version 9.3.4 and 8.2.4 of Acrobat and Acrobat Reader, and previous versions should be upgraded.
