Applications at CSLab
CSLab systems have a wide array of software installed. Note that some
packages may be installed on compute servers but not on
application servers,
or vice versa. Also, if you cannot find a particular piece of software,
or a particular version of an application in your default PATH on one
of our servers, first please look in /opt to see if the software was
installed there. Note that to use some software in /opt, you may have to
alter your PATH or LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variables. Should you have
questions regarding this, questions about any software on CSLab systems, or
if you wish to have software made available for you which is not currently
installed, please contact your POC.
