apps3.cs crashed and has been reset
Another one of our application servers has unfortunately crashed (or
locked up) and had to be reset. We apologize for the inconvenience and
for the ongoing problems with these machines locking up; unfortunately
there are few to no messages logged when this happens and no apparent
consistency about the circumstances, so diagnosing this problem is very
difficult.
