Computing Insights students stay on campus in a student
residence during the program. Past CI participants
have said that this is one of the most fun aspects of
the program. Living in residence is a perfect way to
try out campus life whether you will be coming from
far away or from the Greater Toronto Area. For most
of our CI attendees, this is their first "university
experience," and it gives students the chance to
enjoy a diverse and bustling campus in the beautiful
city of Toronto!
Living at UofT: New Friendships and Lots to Do
Computing Insights students stay together at
UofT's New College in private rooms. To learn more about the college and see images
of the grounds, follow this link.
The college dormitories are in the perfect location,
only two blocks from CI lectures and labs.
One of the most important benefits of living on campus is that students can bond with one another and interact outside of the classroom setting. Students staying in residence are under the supervision of trained counsellors who initiate trips around Toronto and oversee activities on campus, like movie nights. Group trips are arranged to diverse restaurants off-campus. Throughout your stay on the UofT campus, there are always fun activities to join in on.
Making new friends with similar interests and experiencing student life in a great city – what could be better?
