I am a 3D Scientist for Side Effects Software, designing and developing new features for Houdini!
Previously, I was a MITACS Elevate Strategic Post-doctoral Fellow at the Dynamic Graphics Project (DGP) in the department of Computer Science at the University of Toronto working with Karan Singh. Before that, I was a post-doc at the theory group in the Computer Science Department at the University of Toronto and prior to that I was a post-doc in Computer Science Department at Duke University, working with Pankaj K. Agarwal.
I finished my PhD at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in December 2006 under supervision of Edgar A. Ramos and co-advising of Sariel Har-Peled.
My research interests are in mainly computational geometry and topology with applications in computer graphics, geographical information systems (GIS), and computer aided design (CAD).
